Attorney
Kara Daniels Hand
Kara is an attorney with multi-faceted experience and a unique set of skills. She handles residential and commercial real estate closings, real property and business legal drafting, and also focuses on wills and basic estate planning.
She was a partner at Stevens & Hand, PLLC for three years and served as associate for three years prior to the partnership. While working at Stevens & Hand, Kara provided legal services for wills, collections, corporate formation, and real estate loan closings. Kara has tried cases before in the North Carolina Court of Appeals and has served as the counsel for various groups.
While attending Stetson Law School and visiting at Campbell Law School, Kara was honored with the book award for the highest score in Administrative Law. She served as vice president of the Student Bar Association. Kara was a Thomas Jefferson Scholar at North Carolina State University.
Kara is a native and resident of Cary, NC. She is married to Cody R. Hand and has two daughters, Emmie and Maryn. She is an active member of the community. She is a Chi Omega Alumna and served as an advisor for the Alpha Kappa chapter of Chi Omega at North Carolina State University. Kara is a lifetime Girl Scout and is leader for her oldest daughter’s troop. She is a lifelong and active member of First United Methodist Church of Cary.

We try to ensure that our clients get more and spend less. Most of our services are a fixed, flat rate. If there is an hourly charge we have procedures in place to insure that your cost is minimized. We understand that our clients’ time and energy are of the utmost importance. We strive to make our clients’ life easier and schedule more manageable by offering consultations at our clients’ place of business, home or scheduling conferences at our centrally located office in the heart of downtown Cary.
